TERMS & CONDITIONS – DELIVERY & LOADOUT SERVICES
1. Scope of Services
We provide event delivery, loadout (setup/strike), and transportation services as agreed upon in writing prior to the service date. Services may include pickup, transport, delivery, setup assistance, and post-event breakdown.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once:
A written agreement (email, invoice, or contract) is acknowledged, and
A deposit is received (see Section 3)
We reserve the right to decline or cancel unconfirmed bookings.
3. Deposit & Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 20% (or agreed amount) is required to secure the date
Remaining balance is due:
Before delivery, or
Immediately upon completion of services (if pre-approved)
Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48–72 hours in advance, subject to availability
Cancellations within 48 hours of service may be charged up to 100% of the total fee
5. Access & Site Conditions
Client is responsible for:
Ensuring clear, safe, and legal access for loading/unloading
Providing accurate delivery details (address, contact, timing, parking instructions)
Securing any necessary permits or permissions
Additional fees may apply for:
Stairs, long carry distances, elevators, or restricted access
Delays caused by lack of access or inaccurate information
6. Wait Time & Delays
A grace period of 15–30 minutes may be included
Additional wait time is billed at an hourly rate
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or venue restrictions, but will communicate updates as promptly as possible
7. Handling of Items
Items must be properly packed and ready for transport unless packing services are requested
Fragile, high-value, or specialty items must be disclosed in advance
We reserve the right to refuse transport of unsafe or improperly packed items
8. Damage & Liability
We handle all items with care; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage
Liability for damages caused during transport is limited to:
Repair cost, or
A maximum of the service fee, whichever is lower
We are not responsible for:
Improper packing by client
Normal wear and tear
Force majeure events (accidents, weather, etc.)
9. Setup & Loadout (Strike Services)
Setup and breakdown services are performed as agreed
Client must ensure all items are ready and accessible at scheduled times
Delays caused by other vendors or venue restrictions may incur additional charges
10. Parking, Tolls, & Additional Fees
Client is responsible for:
Parking fees
Tolls
Permits or citations due to lack of proper arrangements
These costs may be added to the final invoice.
11. Changes to Scope
Any changes (time, location, item count, labor needs) must be communicated in advance.
Last-minute changes may:
Incur additional fees
Not be accommodated depending on schedule and capacity
12. Insurance (Optional)
Additional cargo or event insurance may be available upon request at an added cost.
13. Independent Contractor Status
We operate as an independent contractor and are not responsible for the performance or obligations of other vendors involved in the event.
14. Agreement
By booking services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
